Registration 

1.1 You are the customer. You agree to purchase goods from Chemisure subject to the terms and conditions which will apply to all transactions.
1.2 You must be 18 years or over and must complete the registration process to purchase goods from Chemisure.
1.3 Your email address is required so that Chemisure can supply detailed information regarding your order, such as invoice, order confirmation and any changes. By completing the registration process, you accept that your email address may be used to supply this information. Your email address will not be released to any 3rd party.

Ordering 

2.1 The prices on the Chemisure website are the current stated price for that product. The customer will have that priced fixed at the point of completing the transaction (payment).

Alternative Goods 

3.1 Goods are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. If any goods you wish to purchase are not available, Assured/ Chemisure will contact you to offer an alternative product. This contact will be by email or telephone.

Payment 

4.1 Payment will be requested from the paypal on the day of the order to cover the costs of goods and delivery. Methods of payment are stated in the checkout area of the site.

Delivery Service 

5.1 When goods are delivered, you or someone on your behalf will be required to inspect the goods. The contract of sale is not complete until you accept the goods at the time of delivery. You are within your rights to refuse part or all of the goods before signing the dispatch note.
5.2 If someone other than you at the delivery address signs for the goods, Chemisure will be entitled to assume that person is authorised by you to accept the goods. The person signing for the goods must be over 18 years old.
5.3 We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after the contract of sale has been conducted. Otherwise our liability to you shall be limited in contract and/or to the value of the order, unless we have been negligent and that negligence has caused death or personal injury.
5.4 Assured/ Chemisure operate a 2-3 day delivery service for all stock items, however if your order is not in stock some spare parts, accessories and machines may need to be ordered from the manufacturer and can take anything up to 5 weeks for delivery. If we think this is the case we will contact you to let you know and offer the option for you to amend/cancel your order.
5.5 At point of delivery shortages /damages must be reported in writing/by email within 3 days of delivery of the goods.

Returns 

6.1 Any refunds will be automatically refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the payment and shown as a refund on the next card statement, upon safe return of the goods. We are reliant upon your bank for the speed of any refund. Refunds can take approximately 7 working days to reach your account.
6.2 Any goods returned by a domestic retail consumer (non business) must be in a resalable condition, unused and could be subject to a handling charge up to a maximum of £15 per item.
6.3 Goods returned to us directly or at your own cost will be inspected before a refund is made. If a resalable condition then no charges will be made and your refund will be in full.
6.4 You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable to your needs.

Special Offers and Promotions 

7.1 Chemisure will have promotions and special offers from time to time. All email invoices will show the promotion, offer or discount. Please check your invoice at the time of order.

Privacy Policy and Personal Information 

8.1 All personal details you enter into this site are on our secure server. With the exception of your credit card details which are is dealt with by our merchant services provider.
8.2 Details of the areas of the site that you most visit are tracked by our server so that we can ascertain which areas of the site are of most interest. Adverts and offers that we then provide on our offer page will target those areas.
8.3 Email addresses are kept so that you can log on to the site.
8.4 IP addresses of your computer are logged so that we know what computers are looking at the site.
8.5 Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. It will/could be used to process/deliver orders, carry out security checks via person and public databases to avoid any fraudulent transaction, process credit cards payments with our merchant services providers and to provide you with information/promotions at any time.
8.6 We do not share any of your personal details with any other company or mailing database. The only time we release any details is for the process of the credit card payment by the merchant services company.
