Why are some of your products not available to buy online?
Products marked as POA are either sold infrequently or have fluctuating raw material costs. We ask that you contact us in this instance so we can deliver your product with the longest possible shelf life at our best price.
How do i qualify for free product and technical support?
All customers and prospective customers can access our free product and technical support.
Do you deliver on bank holidays?
Unfortunately not, our delivery drivers only deliver on working days Monday to Friday.
How long does delivery take?
We always dispatch as soon as possible but we work to a 5 working day SLA. Please note on POA products we will advise on lead times.
Can you ship to locations outside mainland UK?
We cannot accept orders on our website outside of UK and Southern Ireland. However, in some cases we are able to ship outside of the UK. Please contact us for further information.
